Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Data X You's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on our website
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Project Terms

Proposals and Contracts

All projects begin with a proposal or statement of work that outlines the scope, timeline, and cost. Work will commence upon acceptance of the proposal and receipt of any required deposit.

Payment Terms

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, we retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and methodologies developed during the project. We also retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However:

• We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or performance metrics unless explicitly stated in writing
• We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Data X You or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if Data X You or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared with us during the course of a project. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to complete the project.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Data X You operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
